票選日期：10月17日(一)至11月4日(五) 23:59截止。（GMT+08:00）

票選範圍：「2022臺北設計獎」71件入圍作品。

票選方式：

• 網路票選：參加民眾進入臺北設計獎「最佳人氣獎」官網票選頁面登入(可使用Facebook帳號)，瀏覽並投下心目中喜愛的入圍作品1件(限投1件)。
• 每個投票帳號，每日只能參與一次投票。
• 入圍作品中得票數最高者，即為2022臺北設計獎「最佳人氣獎」得主。
• 參與投票者皆可抽獎，抽出10名(參加者不重複)，贈送獎品。

 活動獎品：「Re-ing 菱格盤」3入組，市值480元，共10名。

「Re-ing 菱格盤」為2021年臺北設計獎工業設計類銅獎之作品。

 Activity Description

Selection Date：October 17 (Monday) to November 4 (Friday) 23:59.（GMT+08:00）

Selection Range：「2022 Taipei Design Award」71 shortlisted works.

Selection Method：

• For online voting, you can log on to the voting page of the Taipei Design Award's "People's Choice Award" page (Facebook account can be used for log in), browse and choose your favorite shortlisted works (one per person).
• Each account can only vote once per day.
• The one with the highest votes will be the winner of the "People's Choice Award" at the 2022 Taipei Design Award.
• Prizes will be given to 10 participants (no duplicate entries) from the voters.

抽獎方式：

• 網路票選活動結束後由系統後台匯出參與活動名單，排除問題帳號 (排除測試、資料填寫不全及重複名單)。
• 邀請第三方公正單位見證，進行抽獎作業。
• 得獎名單將於111年11月17日公告。

Prize Drawing Method：

• After the end of the online selection, the system background will export the list of participants to eliminate the questionable account (excluding the test, incomplete information and duplicated ones).
• We will invite a third party impartial unit to witness the prize drawing process.
• The winners will be announced on 17 November 2022.

領獎辦法：

• 得獎者請將簽名單據填妥完善後，連同身分證影印本或護照影本於111年11月25日前email至 taipeidesignaward@gmail.com 執行單位-臺北設計獎工作小組收。
• 中獎人如因資料填寫不確實而無法聯絡，或逾111年11月25日仍未提供領獎所需之簽名單據和身分證或護照影本影印本等相關文件，將視為棄權。

Prize Collecting Method：

• Winners should email the signed voucher together with a photocopy of their ID card or passport to taipeidesignaward@gmail.com (Taipei Design Award working group) by November 25, 2022.
• Winners who cannot be contacted due to inaccurate information or fail to provide relevant documents such as signed voucher and photocopy of ID card or passport until 25/11/2022 will be deemed to have forfeited the award.

注意事項：

• 所有活動相關辦法皆以本網頁公佈為主，獎品項目則依實物為主。
• 得獎者未依規定詳填資料（姓名、E-Mail、電話、郵遞地址），致參加者有任何損失者，執行單位恕不負責。
• 所有獎項皆不重複得獎，如有發現偽造資格或不法得獎者，執行單位皆有權取消得獎資格。
• 參加者於參加本活動同時，即同意接受本活動之活動辦法與注意事項規範，並須遵守執行單位的使用規範，若發現有使用網頁機器人參與活動違反之規定，執行單位得取消其參加或得獎資格，並就因此所生之損害，得向參加者請求損害賠償。
• 得獎者應保證所有填寫或提出之資料均為真實且正確，且未冒用或盜用任何第三人之資料。如有不實或不正確之情事，執行單位得取消得獎資格。如因此致執行單位無法通知其得獎訊息時，執行單位不負任何法律責任，且如有致損害於執行單位或其他任何第三人，參加者應負一切相關責任。
• 得獎者應於執行單位通知之期限內回覆確認同意領取獎品，並提供執行單位所要求之完整領獎資料文件，逾期視為棄權。
• 如有任何因電腦、網路、電話、技術或不可歸責於執行單位之事由，而使參加者所寄出或登錄之資料有遲延、遺失、錯誤、無法辨識或毀損之情況致使參加者無法參加活動時，執行單位不負任何法律責任，參加者亦不得因此異議。
• 如本活動因不可抗力或其他特殊原因致無法舉行時，主辦單位有權決定取消、終止、修改或暫停本活動。
• 活動獎項以公佈於本網站上的資料為準，如遇不可抗拒或非可歸責於執行單位之因素，致無法提供原訂獎項時，執行單位保留更換其他等值獎項之權利。

• 獎品之詳細內容、規格與顏色皆以實物為準，獎項圖片(示)僅為參考。

• 活動參加者同意執行單位得將其帳號，公佈於本活動網站或相關行銷活動網站或宣傳物中，並同意執行單位蒐集其姓名及聯絡方式（電話、地址或 E-Mail）作為贈獎聯繫使用。

Notice：

• All selection related methods are subject to information in this website, the prize items are subject to physical objects.
• If the winner fails to fill in the information (name, E-mail, telephone number, postal address) in detail as required, the executive unit will not be responsible for any loss caused.
•  All prizes will not be awarded repeatedly. If any forged qualifications or illegal winners are found, the executive unit has the right to disqualify them.
• Once participates in this activity, one agrees to accept the rules and precautions of this activity, and must abide by the regulations of the organization unit. If use of web robots to participate in the activity is found, it is seemed as violating the regulations, the organization unit may cancel the user’s qualification, and may claim compensation for the damages caused thereby.
• Winners should ensure that all information filled in or submitted is true and correct, and no fraudulent use or misappropriation of any third party's information. If there is any inaccuracy, the organization unit may disqualify the winner. If the organization unit is unable to notify the winner due to this, it will not bear any legal responsibility, and if any damage is caused to the organization unit or any other third party, the participant shall bear all relevant responsibilities.
• Winners should reply within the time limit notified by the organization unit to confirm their agreement to receive the prize, and provide the complete information documents required.
• If the information sent or registered by the participant is delayed, lost, wrong, unidentifiable or damaged due to any computer, network, telephone, technology or other reasons not attributable to the organization unit, causing the participant not be able to participate, the organization unit shall not bear any legal responsibility, and the participants shall not object to it.
• If the event cannot be held due to force majeure or other special reasons, the organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the event.
• The awards and prizes are subject to the information published on this website. In the event of force majeure or factors not attributable to the organizer, the organizer reserves the right to replace other prizes of equivalent value when the original award cannot be provided.
• The details, specifications and color of the prizes are subject to the actual item, and the prize pictures (shown) are for reference only.
• Participants agree that the organizing unit may publish their account on the event website or related marketing activity websites or publicity materials, and agree that the organizing unit can collect their name and contact information (telephone, address or E-mail) as contact information for sending prizes.
