To welcome the arrival of the New Year, Head Chef Robert Lu of Café at Far Eastern, presents a Texas BBQ themed-night, every Wednesday, and a Seafood themed-night, every Friday and Saturday, from January to March 2018. The culinary team has prepared an array of classic BBQ dishes, including Oxtail Stew in Guinness and Tomahawk Rib-Eye, for your total enjoyment. Seafood lovers can indulge in a variety of seafood dishes cooked in Chinese, Western and Japanese styles, and dig into the original flavours of top-quality ingredients.
